Contabilidad y control fiscal. La contabilidad del Fondo será llevada por el Tesorero del mismo y el control fiscal será ejercido por el Auditor de la Contraloría Genera] de la República ante el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, conforme a las normas que al efecto expide aquella entidad, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza y finalidad del Fondo.
