Art. 1º La infidelidad ó mala fe en la relación de las sesiones de las Cámaras serán castigadas con una multa de cincuenta á doscientos pesos, que aplicará el Ministerio de Gobierno á virtud de queja de la respectiva Cámara. En caso de reincidencia podrá agravarse la pena con la prohibición de publicar dichas relaciones hasta por todo el tiempo de las sesiones.
