Por el Comité Nacional de la Cruz Roja Colombiana se procederá a fundar, de acuerdo con la Junta Nacional de Protección a la Infancia, la Cruz Infantil, para lo cual el Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Publicas dictara las medidas conducentes.
