Régimen legal. Las escuelas de capacitación de naturaleza privada, para su constitución quedan sujetas a los requisitos que se refieren el artículo 12 del Decreto-ley 848 de 1990 y los trabajadores al Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, y para su funcionamiento a las normas establecidas en el Capítulo VIII del presente Decreto.

Cuando las escuelas de capacitación sean personas jurídicas de naturaleza privada, quedarán sometidas al
