Verificación del cumplimiento de las condiciones de habilitación . La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, realizará como mínimo en forma anual el monitoreo de la entidad habilitada, para evaluar el cumplimiento de las condiciones de permanencia previstas en el presente decreto. En caso de verificarse deficiencias o irregularidades en el cumplimiento de tales condiciones, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud adoptará las medidas a que hubiere lugar, de acuerdo con las facultades establecidas en las disposiciones vigentes.
