Artículo tercero. Les empleados que se encuentren al servicio de la Superintendencia y que fueren incorporados en los nueves cargos que se determinan en el presente Decreto, no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago de impuesta' de timbre nacional correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración, La incorporación la hará el Superintendente Nacional de Cooperativas, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes.
