º. Si la multa no se paga dentro del término señalado, se convertirá en trabajo de interés público o en cierre temporal del establecimiento. La conversión se hará a razón de un día de trabajo o de cierre por cada fracción de treinta o doscientos pesos. Esta proporción la graduará el juez. La conversión solo se autorizará cuando la insuficiente capacidad económica del contraventor no le permita pagar.
