Decreto 561 de 1989 · Por el cual se expide el régimen jurídico de las Empresas Comunitarias

Al retiro o exclusión de un socio, la asamblea proveerá la sustitución y seleccionará al sustituto teniendo para ello en cuenta que los candidatos cumplan con los requisitos y condiciones establecidos en la ley de reforma agraria, en este Decreto y en los estatutos de la empresa.

Parágrafo

Para empresas comunitarias en tierras del Fondo Nacional Agrario y en tierras baldías, el INCORA, dispondrá de un término máximo de treinta (30) días para pronunciarse su aceptación o rechazo, en caso contrario se entenderá por admitido el candidato.
