Cupo de cada Fuerza. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, determinará anualmente el cupo de Oficiales que le corresponda a cada Fuerza en el curso de Estado Mayor. Los Comandantes de Fuerza comunicarán al Comando General la relación de los Oficiales seleccionados para llenar dichos cupos. El Comando General propondrá al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional la disposición legal integrada.
