de la Ley 96 de 7 de Julio de 1870, en favor de los habitantes del Distrito de Zaragoza, se entregara a la Corporación Municipal del mismo Distrito por la entidad pública, por los individuos o compañía en cuyo poder se encuentra dicha suma, para que la misma Corporación la invierta en una obra de interés público, de acuerdo con el señor Gobernador del Departamento de Antioquia.
