Rendimientos Financieros del Sistema General de Regalías. Los rendimientos financieros generados por los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, diferentes de Asignaciones Directas, son propiedad del Sistema General de Regalías y deberán reintegrarse trimestralmente a la Cuenta Única del Sistema, para ser distribuidos conforme lo establecido en la Ley 2056 de 2020. La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público definirá los lineamientos para su reintegro.
