Artículo único. Ábrese al Presupuesto de Gástos de la vigencia económica de 1895 á 1896 el siguiente crédito extraordinario : MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA. DEPARTAMENTO DE FOMENTO. Capítulo 46. Artículo 275 (bis). Para atender á los gastos que demande el aseo de la capital de la República, en el bienio, hasta $ 72,000.
