Art. 7º En el mencionado Circuito Judicial de Gutiérrez habrá dos Juzgados, uno para lo civil y otro para lo criminal y se denominarán los Jueces que los sirvan 1,º y 2,º , respectivamente. La cabecera del Circuito será el Municipio del Cocuy y aquél se compondrá de los siguientes Distritos: Cocuy, La Capilla, Chiscas, Chita, El Espino, Guicán, Guacamayas, Panqueba y la Salina. Continuará como Juez 2º el que desempeña actualmente en el Circuito como residencia en el Cocuy.
