Los militares, colombianos o extranjeros, al servicio del Ejército, que cometieren el delito de motín o tumulto, serán castiga- dos con la pena de dos a cuatro años de reclusión militar, si fueren pro- motores O directores del motín o tumulto, y con la pena de uno a dos años de prisión militar, en los demás casos.
