Solicitud . La audiencia de conciliación judicial procederá a solicitud de cualquiera de las partes y se celebrará vencido el término probatorio. No obstante, las partes de común acuerdo podrán solicitar su celebración en cualquier estado del proceso. En segunda instancia la audiencia de conciliación podrá ser promovida por cualquiera de las partes antes de que se profiera el fallo. (Artículo 104 Ley 446 de 1998).
