Autorícese al Gobierno nacional a través del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, para desarrollar una estrategia de fomento y promoción del turismo nacional e internacional sobre el circuito cultural garciamarquiano en el Caribe colombiano, mediante la articulación de rutas urbanas y paisajísticas con diversidad de formato. En este marco se buscará asegurar en Aracataca (Magdalena) el desarrollo de una infraestructura receptiva adecuada y de formación para el trabajo con miras a generar empleo y satisfacer la demanda turística.
