Actos De La Junta Directiva

Decreto 1225 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 368 de 1997, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Actos de la Junta Directiva. Los actos de la Junta Directiva se denominarán Acuerdos, los cuales una vez adoptados deben llevar la firma de quien presida la reunión y del Secretario de la Junta.

Parágrafo 1

Las reuniones de la Junta Directiva se hacen constar por medio de actas, las cuales serán suscritas por el Presidente de la Junta, o quien haga sus veces, y el secretario de la misma.

Parágrafo 2

Los acuerdos y actas se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario de la junta.
