Los Intendentes, Inspectores y Subinspectores rendirán mensualmente sendos informes al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, que contendrán los datos relativos al movimiento de vapores y demás vehículos de navegación; noticia de las novedades que en ésta hayan ocurrido, estado del rio, de las obras que se hayan ejecutado como de las que se estén ejecutando, de la carga que se haya aprehendido por haberse transportado sin pagar el impuesto, y propondrán, las medidas que convenga adoptar para hacer efectivo el servicio de Policía y vigilancia en las riberas del rio.
