Los bonos u obligaciones del fondo del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos serán descontados por el Banco de la República en las mismas condiciones que este tenga establecidas para sus operaciones con la Caja De Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero y los Almacenes generales de Depósito de la Federación Nacional De Cafeteros y para tal efecto autoriza al Banco de la República para que haga los descuentos mencionados.
