Este decreto rige a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga el Titulo 38 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1083 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector de la Función Pública, adicionado por el Decreto número 1079 de 2024.
