Reuniones de la Junta Directiva . La Junta Directiva se reunirá en forma ordinaria por lo menos una vez al mes, en el día, hora y lugar del domicilio social indicado en la convocatoria de su Presidente; se reunirá también en forma extraordinaria cuando sea convocada por el Presidente de la sociedad, o por el Revisor Fiscal, o por el Presidente de la misma Junta Directiva, cuando a éste lo solicitaren no menos de dos miembros principales que estén actuando.
