º. Los establecimientos educativos privados de Calendario B que presten el servicio educativo en los niveles de preescolar, básica y media, podrán para el año lectivo que inicia en el 2002, incrementar las tarifas anuales de matrículas, pensiones y cobros periódicos hasta en un ocho por ciento (8%), calculado a partir del valor legalmente autorizado en el año lectivo inmediatamente anterior.
