º. El Gerente General Liquidador del Inderena transferirá los bienes muebles e inmuebles de conformidad con el cronograma de supresión y liquidación de cargos del Inderena establecidas en el Decreto 2916 del 31 de diciembre de 1994, igualmente hará cesión o sustitución, según el caso, de los contratos vigentes, procesos judiciales, procedimientos y actuaciones administrativas.
