Si el Poder Ejecutivo, en vista de la documentación que se le prensente, declara que al peticionario tiene derecho á que, conforme á la ley 56 de 1884, se le adjunten los terrenos, se dará cuenta á la Secretaría de Hacienda, para que allí, de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes sobre la materia, se haga la adjudicación de los baldíos al favorecido.
