En caso de que fuere indispensable vender en pública subasta los bienes de la sucesión que no pudieren ser conservados y aquellos cuyo producto sea necesario para cubrir el valor de los gastos generales y deudas contraídas por el difunto en su ultima enfermedad y a causa de ella, el Cónsul enviará al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores la diligencia de remate y la cuenta comprobada de haberse invertido el producto de esos bienes en los objetos enunciados.
