Siempre que el título implique fraccionamiento de un inmueble en varias secciones o englobamiento de varias de estas en una sola unidad, se procederá a la apertura de nuevos folios de matrícula, en los que se tomará nota de donde se derivan, y a su vez se procederá al traslado de los gravámenes, limitaciones y afectaciones vigentes de los folios de matrícula de mayor extensión.
