º . Elección de los representantes de los distribuidores. Para la elección del representante de los distribuidores a que se refiere este artículo, es requisito indispensable que los electores (distribuidores), se encuentren registrados ante la Dirección de Cinematografía del Ministerio de Cultura y que acrediten en debida forma haber distribuido mínimo una película de cine, dentro del año inmediatamente anterior a la elección.
