º Las personas que a la fecha de la vigencia del presente Decreto hayan puesto en funcionamiento antenas parabólicas o estaciones terrenas de recepción directa de señales de televisión provenientes de satélites de telecomunicaciones, deberán someterse a las disposiciones del presente Decreto y solicitar el registro ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
