Los Rectores de todos los planteles oficiales de primaria y secundaria y dependiente s tanto de la Nación como de los Departamentos y Municipios del país, deberán procurar la organización de cursos para la educación de adultos, y deberán colaborar con el Ministerio de Educación en todo lo que éste disponga y que esté relacionado con este nivel educativo.
