Adiciónese el siguiente inciso al artículo 11 del Decreto 1013 de 1995: “Si la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional no está interesada en tomar los recursos ofrecidos, deberá notificar su decisión por escrito a la entidad dentro de los dos (2) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha del ofrecimiento. Si esta notificación no se presenta dentro del término indicado se entenderá que la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional no está interesada en la negociación”.
