Art 34. El Notario que concurra al otorgamiento de acto ó contrato fuera de su Oficina, cuando, conforme al artículo anterior, estuviere obligado, además de los derechos asignados en el número 1o. del artículo 2624 del Código Civil, podrá cobrar á los interesados un peso por el solo hecho de concurrencia dentro del distrito cabecera del Circuito, y dos pesos más por cada miriámetro, si hubiere de salir de dicho distrito. Este derecho se duplicará si el acto ó contrato se otorga durante la noche.
