Artículo primero. Apruébase la Convención Relativa a la Organización Consultiva Marítima Intergubernamental, firmada en Ginebra el 6 de marzo de 1948, cuyo texto oficial es el siguiente:

CONVENCION RELATIVA A LA ORGANIZACION CONSULTIVA MARITIMA INTERGUBERNAMENTAL

Los Estados partes en la presente Convención deciden establecer la Organización Consultiva Marítima Intergubernamental (de aquí en adelante designada la Organización).
