Artículo séptimo. El Ministerio, en vista de la correspondiente solicitud y constituida la caución en la forma antes indicada, concederá el permiso del caso, por medio de resolución, en la que se hará constar los hechos que la motivan, la cuantía de la fianza y la forma como se constituyó.
