Es prohibido a los veterinarios prescribir las drogas y jeringuillas a que se refiere este Decreto, para uso de los seres humanos, y los dentistas, prescribir narcóticos para uso interno, o jeringuillas que no sean para uso dental. En las fórmulas suscritas por un veterinario, en que se prescriban narcóticos, se indicará la especie animal a que está destinado el medicamento y el nombre del propietario. Quedan en estos términos reformados los artículos 86 y 87 del Decreto número 1099 de 1930.
