El que destine casa, local o establecimiento para que se haga uso de la marihuana o cualquier sustancia estupefaciente, o permita en ellas tal uso incurrirá a relegación a colonia agrícola de dos (2) a cuatro (4) años y clausura del establecimiento, casa o local.
