Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga los Decretos números 1338 de 2015, 414 de 2016, 541 de 2017, 2004 de 2017, 591 de 2021 y 2404 de 2022 y mantiene vigentes las delegaciones establecidas en el Decreto número 1083 de 2015, respecto del jefe de la Unidad u Oficina de Control Interno o de quien haga sus veces.
