Manual y reglamento del Registro Nacional de Medidas Correctivas. La Policía Nacional como responsable del Registro Nacional de Medidas Correctivas, en coordinación con la entidad pública o privada contratada para el manejo, operatividad, actualización, control, conectividad, sistematización y seguridad informática del mencionado Registro, deberá expedir, al momento de poner en funcionamiento el sistema, un manual con las guías, protocolos y reglamento de funcionamiento del mismo.
