Modifícase el artículo 41 de la Ley 24 de 1981 , el cual quedará así:

"Artículo 41. Las providencias del jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas serán susceptibles de recursos de reposición ante el mismo funcionario y surtido éste se entenderá agotado el procedimiento gubernativo respecto de ellas.

Las providencias de los funcionarios subalternos tendrán el recurso de reposición ante los mismos y el de apelación ante su superior inmediato para agotar tal procedimiento.

En cualesquiera de estos eventos, la actuación administrativa se cumplirá con sujeción, en todo caso, a las normas generales previstas en el Código Contencioso Administrativo".
