Por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas se suministrarán á los Consulados de París, Londres y Barcelona los fondos necesarios para los gastos que deban hacer según los artículos 3.° y 5.° de este Decreto, y se les proporcionarán las obras de historia, geografía, colecciones de leyes y documentos de todo género que puedan servir para informar en el Extranjero á las personas que deseen conocer nuestro país y las facilidades que ofrece al capital que busque aquí su empleo.
