En relación con lo dispuesto en el artículo 7º del Decreto 1059 de 2008, el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional cuando lo considere procedente certificará al Comité Operativo para la Dejación de Armas, CODA, lo concerniente a la voluntad del peticionario de renunciar al grupo de guerrilla, mediante su colaboración con dicho Ministerio.
