Quienes importen capital en maquinaria y equipo, deberán comprobar su costo o inversión real en divisas extranjeras, dentro de los seis meses siguientes a su nacionalización, ante la Oficina de Registro de Cambios, mediante los documentos que para tal efecto exija la mencionada Oficina.

Parágrafo

El registro definitivo de capital por importación de maquinaria y equipo, sólo se hará una vez que éstos hayan sido instalados y estén en pleno funcionamiento.
