Articulo 26 . Para efectos de la aplicación del artículo 66 del Decreto 3541 de 1983, no están incluidos como productos de perfumería o de tocador y cosméticos, preparados, los siguientes artículos para la higiene personal: dentífricos, cremas de afeitar, desodorantes, champúes y talcos no perfumados; por consiguiente, tales bienes están sometidos a la tarifa general del 10%.
