Los Diputados principales y suplentes de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, que fueron designados en cumplimiento del Artículo 1º del Acto legislativo número 1 de 1954, por el Presidente de la República, podrán ser reemplazados por éste si no han tomado posesión de sus cargos dentro del término de quince (15) días, a partir de la fecha de su designación.
