Con el fin de evitar el minifundio, no se adjudicarán extensiones menores de 25 hectáreas, a no ser que por la proximidad de otros propietarios o colonos o por la naturaleza misma del terreno, no se alcance a esa extensión mínima, lo cual debe quedar claramente establecido en la respectiva inspección ocular.
