El gobierno reglamentará la forma en que debe reclutarse el personal de que trata el artículo anterior.
Para ser Auditor de guerra se necesitan las mismas condiciones que para ser juez de Circuito. El nombrado no podrá tomar posesión del empleo mientras no haya comprobado, ante el respectivo Tribunal los requisitos exigidos por la Ley.
