Aclárese el artículo primero de la ley 116 de 1959 , en el sentido de expresar que la partida apropiada para construcciones adiciones, mejoras, dotación, y sostenimiento de establecimiento de educación del Departamento del choco, de que trata el ordinal sexto (6°), será invertido en la construcción de edificaciones y dotación para la escuela agrícola de Unguía, Municipio de Acandí.
