Prima de Riesgo. El personal carcelario y penitenciario, a que se refiere el artículo 6º del presente decreto, tendrá derecho a una prima de riesgo, que no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) de la asignación o sueldo básico mensual.
