Clases de listas . Se establecen seis (6) listas de clasificación: --Lista Especial Excelente. --Lista Uno (1) Superior. --Lista Dos (2), Bueno. --Lista Tres (3), Regular. --Lista Cuatro (4), Deficiente. --Lista Cinco (5), Incompetente.

Parágrafo

Estas listas constituyen la base del estudio que posteriormente adelanten las Juntas Clasificadoras para acordar ascensos, retiros, proponer condecoraciones, estímulos al personal, definir las comisiones de estudios, diplomáticas y especiales.
