Ampliase hasta por un cinco (5) más el termino de veinte años establecido por el artículo 1o. de la Ley 30 de 1931 para el impuesto de exportación de bananos. La tasa de dicho impuesto será de tres centavos por racimo tal como lo prescribe el articulo único del decreto número 2223 de 1931, expedido por el gobierno en uso de las facultades extraordinarias que le confieren las leyes 99 y 119 de 1931.
