El Fondo de Fomento del Fríjol Soya, constituido por los recaudos de la cuota de fomento al fríjol soya, estará dirigido por una comisión compuesta así:

El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien lo presidirá.

El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o su delegado.

Tres (3) miembros elegidos por el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación Agropecuaria de Ginebra, Coagro, correspondiente a cultivadores de fríjol soya en distintas regiones del país.
